Life on the edge between Chaos and Order - 169

[𝕃𝕀𝔽𝔼 𝕀𝕊 𝕆ℕ 𝕋ℍ𝔼 𝔼𝔻𝔾𝔼 𝔹𝔼𝕋𝕎𝔼𝔼ℕ ℂℍ𝔸𝕆𝕊 𝔸ℕ𝔻 𝕆ℝ𝔻𝔼ℝ:]

COMMENTS:

.

Our innate tendency is to try to find invariants in this apparently chaotic world / universe, to find permanent or quasi-permanent entities, relations, rules, laws, points of control. That is Ok. That is our natural mode of operation / functioning; that is how our body, speech & mind are born to operate. That is the first aspect of reality as it is. Everything is like that.

.

We just need to counterbalance this innate tendency with the constant realisation that all of those 'frozen entities, relations, rules, laws' are merely labelled / imputed / imagined by our mind(s), not existing independently, universally, absolutely, inherently. That is the second aspect of reality as it is.

.

As long as we keep those two aspects (truths) together in all of our projects / actions, then we are free / liberated / creative / efficient. This is a kind of Middle Way approach to life in general. It is living while being aware of the true nature of our body, speech & mind, aware of the true nature of Reality as it is here & now, aware of those two inseparable aspects / truths about everything [U2T].

.

So, it is Ok to imagine invariants, to try to freeze things; but we also need to be aware that nothing is really frozen. That is being flexible, open, free.

... Now I want to tell you a little about what kind of deities they are. First of all, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘂𝘀: they represent our psychophysical image, that is, various aspects of our body and mind, everything that makes up our personality.

.

When we talk about peaceful deities, then, basically, we mean 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗵𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗵𝗮𝘀 who personify our psychophysical components.

-- For example, there is Vairochana, he is white and represents our body.

-- Akshobhya is blue and represents our consciousness.

-- Ratnasambhava is yellow and represents our sensations - pleasure, pain, etc.

-- Amitabha represents the ability of our mind to recognize things.

-- Amoghasiddhi represents our volitional drives and actions.

.

Their spouses symbolize the elements of our body - earth, water, etc.

... Usually people who follow the spiritual path think that it will somehow transform their mind and it will become something else, but this is not so. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 [𝗨𝟮𝗧 / 𝟱 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺𝘀].

If they think they are advancing on the path, it only means that they have an idea of progress. In reality, there is nothing like that.

In our being there is a kind of 𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 (𝘪.𝘦. 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘸𝘰 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘴 / 𝘜2𝘛), which has always been.
